What we believe.
The judgement stays with the expert. Argos takes care of the repetitive work: it captures data, checks evidence and prepares a traceable report. The certifier reviews and signs.
Why now.
Europe must be climate neutral by 2050, and buildings use about 40% of its energy. Each one has to be measured before it can be improved.
Safety rules for fire, lifts and electrical installations keep getting more important too. That means the inspection work has to get faster without getting looser.
